Initial CoinOX instance: coin-margined options + USDT hedge.

Forked from crypto_monitor OKX instance (copy-only). Keeps standalone options, perp-options and options-options hedge; drops standalone perp entrypoints; forces coin margin; adds sim wallets; default port 5010.
