Fix btc_eth watching entry, preview sizing, and coin-to-U settlement.

Use dual indices for watch/preview; perp entry uses ETH mark; expiry/close convert coin PnL via option index; align legacy long→Call; omit combo U when index missing.

Fix btc_eth live card option premium USDT conversion.

Use option (BTC) index for coin-to-U; never fall back to ETH perp mark. Also add no-server-ops Cursor rule.

Refresh perp mark from public ticker when position metrics are unavailable.

Sim/no-keys mode was falling back to entry so 标记 stayed frozen at open price.

Align hedge UI/fees: drop 未启动, premium coin/U, equity incl perp margin, OKX option fees.

Option net uses Min(0.03%×coin, 7%×premium) with bid/ask fills (no slip); live PnL colors fixed.

Closed plans with open legs stay visible and closable so residual positions are not orphaned from the UI.
