dekun a841c8f31b Fix btc_eth watching entry, preview sizing, and coin-to-U settlement. 
Use dual indices for watch/preview; perp entry uses ETH mark; expiry/close convert coin PnL via option index; align legacy long→Call; omit combo U when index missing.

dekun e8f33c3c52 Fix btc_eth live card option premium USDT conversion. 
Use option (BTC) index for coin-to-U; never fall back to ETH perp mark. Also add no-server-ops Cursor rule.

dekun 5d161b4220 Add HEDGE_PO_MODE instance modes with shared sim/live path. 
Lock one mode per instance/subaccount, cross-asset BTC option/ETH perp sizing, combo-U exit, and ship docs/tests/audit.
