Add key auto-order toggle to instance env config UI.

Expose KEY_AUTO_ORDER_ENABLED and KEY_AUTO_MIN_PLANNED_RR under 交易执行 so the frontend matches the settings readout. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
