Unify hub/instance TP profit, calc_pnl, and push/accounting to net of 0.05% per side; leave exchange floating PnL unchanged.

Add scripts/normalize_ambiguous_unicode.py; fix corrupted patch_instance_theme_templates.py. Preserves curly quotes in string literals; removes Git homoglyph warnings on .env.example.

refactor: 将共用代码迁入 lib/ 模块化目录

统一 strategy、key_monitor、trade、hub 等共用库到 lib/ 子包，并补充 lib-structure 文档，便于四所与中控维护。
