dekun 96b5096284 Pull latest deploy scripts when repo exists before showing curl-pipe menu. 
Avoids sourcing stale lib/common.sh from an older clone after curl | bash.

dekun acb61a413b Fix curl-pipe menu exiting immediately by reading from /dev/tty. 
Re-exec manage.sh with terminal stdin after clone or when repo exists, and route all prompts through cm_read.

dekun 95895d53b6 Fix manage.sh crash when piped from curl without BASH_SOURCE. 
Defer set -u until after safe script-path detection so stdin bootstrap works on fresh servers.

dekun 58c9f36a75 Add interactive deploy manager with install, uninstall, and update menus. 
Provides curl-friendly manage.sh so production servers can bootstrap without a prior clone, then configure API and risk settings in the browser.
