dekun 4a3afdfb48 Fix monitor board crash: avoid shadowing options_open_position_count helper. 
Rename the imported counter function so aggregate_monitor_board_totals no longer overwrites it with an int accumulator.

dekun 3163912266 Hub funds and dashboard: include OKX options balances in USDT totals. 
Merge options USDC/USDT at 1:1 into fund overview snapshots, dashboard aggregation, and monitor board totals while keeping a separate options breakdown in the UI.
